A big "thanks" to the Camaro community for helping me solve a irritating vibration problem.
I've had a driveline vibration problem for months, from about 45-60 m.p.h. Whether coasting, with the engine disengaged, or under power/decellerating.
I've had my wheels balanced twice, still the same problem. I was ready to balance the driveshaft but decided to do a "search" here just in case there was another solution.
Under a post from several months ago, JohnZ suggested having my wheels balanced using the new Hunter GSP 9700 http://www.gsp9700.com/. Last Sunday I found a shop with that machine and while three wheels were okay, the fourth was BENT, and unable to be balanced. There's my vibration.
Waiting for a new rallye wheel to arrive this week.
