I'm using moroso 1/2 inch studs on the rear . DjD Oct 13th, 04, 07:03 AM I wouldn't use anything more than 1/4" - 3/8" spacers. Any thicker and bolt on adapters are a must for safety... pdq67 Oct 13th, 04, 03:30 PM I have 7/16" ones I got from Summit and to me they are about as thick as I want to run.. I also have 1/2" x 3" long Al-thread, Grade-8 bolts on the rear axles and 1/2" x 3" long Allen Wrench hardened studs on the front b/c of the casting webs that are on the back of the hubs. (All from MOSERS)... I think that thickness is going to be a problem b/c it's too thin to be made like a bolt-on spacer and too thick not to be unless you run Roundy-Round, 5/8" studs, imho... The thinnest bolt-on spacer I found was something like 1.125" thick if I recall right?? Vette Brakes sells them, I think?? pdq67 |
