By chance can you buy Firestone Wide Oval tires that are of a radial tire construction? It would be neat IMO to have the look of Wide Ovals but in a radial.
Thanks

They said there were no immediate plans to produce such a tire. they did say that "one day" this might be done. Mike trex70 Mar 23rd, 05, 11:57 AM I know this will not help, but Firestone does have a new Wideoval. If you are looking for a 15" one though...so sorry. Only High performance 17" and up...but they look cool 67TahoeRS Mar 23rd, 05, 12:21 PM You may want to try Diamond Back Classics in South Carolina. I know they make nice redline radials. www.DBTires.com (http://www.DBTires.com) 69Mike Mar 23rd, 05, 04:37 PM trex70: Is the 17" Firestone a radial, white lettered tire? Thanks, Mike trex70 Mar 23rd, 05, 04:58 PM yes it is a radial, but no it is not white letter. It has unidirectional tread, it is a nice looking tire. Something about a new wideoval that appeals to me. |
