Well I think I may have found it, tuning my car today I was driving and threw my AC compressor belt at high RPM's, I looked closer and found that the waterpumppulley has a bit of a wobble, the fan looks a bit wobbly too.
The fan is one of those that flattens as rpm's increase, when I had it off the car restoring my subframe it was laying on the floor and I stepped on it a couple of times, examined it and it looked straight maybe not, could this be my problem? the vibration is off idle to 1500-1800 rpm, then goes away, the fan is flattening above those rpm's.
Thanks,
Jerry

Could have a bent w/pump shaft or bad shaft bearing. Removal of the pulley and addition of another pulley will tell/show the story.

Yes, fan blades not aligned with each other will send a vibration through out. Even the OE fans are alittle unflat. I bought a new one for my truck from the dealer and its rocks about a couple fins, but nothing serious.

Just remove the fan belt and see if the prob goes away....shouldn't hurt anything for a short test.
