Starting at the transmission and working back, here are my angles. I think I've got it correct.....

The transmission yoke is at a 2 degree angle down. The driveshaft is at a 3 degree angle down. That's a total 1 degree angle, correct?

The driveshaft is of course still at a 3 degree angle at the rear - (let's call it "up", and the pinion yoke is at a 2 degree angle up. So again, in the rear I have a 1 degree angle up which equals the front 1 degree down.

I think I've read that a 2 degree angle is best??? Should I try to correct this? This is a daily driver.

You have seriously confused me or maybe I ate too much dinner. What is the down angle of the trans. What is the pinion angle in relationship to the trans.

Sorry, I may be pretty confused on this too. With the car sitting at a normal ride height, if I put the angle level on the transmission yoke it shows 2 degrees. (tipped downward).

The pinion angle shows 2 degrees (tipped upwards)

So, I believe the pinion angle in relation to the transmission is equal to it. They are both 2 degrees. Transmission = 2 degrees downward, pinion = 2 degrees upwards.

davidpozzi is absolutely right you want both yokes to be parallel with each other on almost all applications.
