Just wanted to follow up on my post regarding my confusion over what oil filter to use with my 383 built out of a new GM 350 block. Engine from American Speed had a Penzoil PZ-3 filter which cross references to a Fram PH30 or a Purolator L20049.

I ended up popping the extra couple bucks for one of the new K&N filters which is an HP-2002.
