I have an 86 truckmotor w/edelbrock carb and intake it will crank over with battery but sounds like it is grinding. No fuel getting to carb mechanical fuel pump. Try to turn the cam by way of breaker bar and will not budge. Could eng. be siezing ? Trying to figure wether to rebuild motor
