What is the stock fuel line size on a 68 coupe? I need to grab a piece of rubber fuel line on my way home today to replace the old dry rotted one that is right after the tank.

not all are 3/8....if it was an original 6 cyl car...it is only a 5/16...I am replacing my 5/16 sending unit with a 3/8 right now.

I don't know what it originally was, so I guess I'll have to have someone look at it.

Why not just pick up a short piece of both? It's dirt cheap and on an old car it will be tough for anyone to tell you for sure - most have been modified at some point in their life.
