Been reading and learking around the site for a few weeks, graemlins/waving.gif Nice place you got here Team Camaro. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
Here is my current situation, I am turning 40 this year, MID-LIFE crissis is kickin my tail!!! graemlins/clonk.gif
First car I ever owned was a 69 camaro, And now I want another, I am looking at this car on EBAY, I know, I know BECARFUL. Been talking to a few guys about their cars, Here is car number one. go to ebay and its auction # is 4537306364
Let me tell you what is most important to me. I want a factory big block 1st, But it must have a PNT code that I want. 76,69,10,52 or -- and it must be a 4 spd car. The color listings are my preferance order. (I wrote out what was most important to me on paper, And I'm trying to stick to those guide lines, Due to after looking and bidding and driving all across the country the last 5 months looking at these, they all look like a good deal) Well here is one that fits the bill. What makes this one atractive is I can drive while locating all the correct pieces. I know this car will bring 15k+ is it worth getting??
I have lots of qustions about this car, But I will not waste your time, until I see what some of the responses are. Yes this car will be put back to its original status, plus maybe a few extra goodies but thats all, Plus I will drive it on nice weekends. Thanks for reading this and responding to my question, Chuck

That car has a lot of things wrong with it. It was originally a big block/4 speed car but now sports a small block/ automatic and a 10 bolt rear. Plus it was originally Cortez Silver with a black vinyl top. If you care at all about correctness there are better cars out there for you. That being said the car is probably worth 15K to 20K as is.

Hey scott,
Yeah, I know the whole drive train is incorrect, But the current owner knows where the orig. 12 bolt is.
And the interior is also wrong. But trying to find a correct tagged big block car that is a 4 speed and #2 on my color list is getting pretty darn good.
There is another that is listed on the site here and he is emailing me some pictures of his car tonite I hope.
Anyone else got any info for me? Thanks again, CHuck
