I know there's tons of carb questions in this forum, but couldn't find any postings addressing this question. I'm curious, would there be any advantage in replacing a Holley DP with a Holley Street Avenger. My DP is so tempramental it drives me nuts. Am I better off going with an Edelbrock just because I hear they aren't as tempramental. I only use the car on the street. The gentleman I purchased it from used to use as both a street and strip car.

as with any carb, if it's tuned right, a dp is no more tempermental than any other.

What kinda tempermental we talkin bout?
