can any one tell me on a Hi - Energy distributor which vacum port on a Eldrebrock carb. it hooks to constance vacum or what.

I would guess that you should hook it to the "spark" tube or other ported vacuum source.

passenger side port....this is ported vacuum, that comes on at about 1100 rpm's
