10 months ago I left the car business (as General Sales Manager of a highline import auto store in Beverly Hills) and that was that! No more Sonic Automotive, no more corporate-backstabbing BS, no more car biz! I was done! Stressed out, burned up and just beat! However, every sales record I set still stands! The store is currently flopping around like a fish in the bottom of a boat. Too bad... Not my problem anymore. Sick of the biz and glad to be out of it!
Well...a couple of days ago I signed on with Beverly Hills Ford. (Yeah, I know...FORD! tongue.gif ) They made me an offer I couldn't refuse.
But its a privately owned store, and the owner is a great guy. AND, his office is right upstairs. I can deal with the owner anytime I need to, not some faceless corporate entity in Charlotte, N.C.
Lots of opportunity to grow with the company, he's going to open Beverly Hills Lincoln-Mercury this summer! We are the ONLY domestic dealer in Beverly Hills.
Soooooooo...here I am again. Anybody need a great deal on a Ford? :D
Oh yeah, by the way, I'll need salespeople to get this juggernaut launched...anybody know of anyone near Beverly Hills that needs a job and can sell cars? Call me....

I am in the market for a loaded down FX4 Supercrew 4x4...but you are on the other side of the country from me.

As the news about the new stuff comes in, I'll keep you posted. I was asking about the concept cars and future availability, etc, and I am supposed to talk to the FORD rep next week.
As I was going thru the stats, it seems that Beverly Hills Ford has been, and still is, the number one Thunderbird retailer in the US. And I think we're like # 5 or 6 with Mustangs. That means ALLOTMENT for the new Mustang. Pretty cool.

I got my FX4 Supercrew for a grand under invoice, with 3.5% APR on 60 months...not bad for around here.
