what was the first year of production for the iron horse of GM's fleets of cars first put in a vehicle... I have won a few bets saying it was first put in the 1967 Camaro (my Dad had one I wish he would have sold it to me) and this was the only vehicle to get it that year

For production vehicles that would be correct - 1967 Camaro only.
