Are there any such thing as "Hi-Performance" Push Rods? If so, what are the difference between these type and standards? Anyone know?

4130 used for stiff springs? Oversized shafts for the same reason?

Heat treatment for use with guideplates is extra $. The better ones do not have the ball insert type ends.
