Just got home from the local muffler shop...I got new headers, 2.5" exhaust w/Flowmaster 2 chambers and an angled "H" pipe! Man what a difference! And it actually sounded like a REAL musclecar for the first time :D The best part was when the mechanic/welder showed me that my gas pedal linkage was bent up...He worked some magic and all of a sudden my carburetor came alive. (The secondaries weren't opening up until the pedal was almost to the floor) I can't wait to hop on the freeway tomorrow and listen to that rumble ;)

My picture in WCA? huh? :confused: All I know is my car is a whole lot quicker now and sounds better than ANY Mustang in my neighborhood :D I sure enjoyed your company last summer (DJD, CLick, Stevo etc) I remember how Click looked after driving all that way, man that was neat!!
I'll be headin' down to San Diego in early April to see the in-laws and get some REAL Mexican food!
Too bad San Jose isn't a bit closer Dennis...
Anyway, gotta go "putter" down the freeway :D

sweet dan, i'll bet she sounds like a 100% different car. nothing like a nice new exhaust system.
also,thats really cool about the throttle issue, talk about free horsepower graemlins/thumbsup.gif . its actually amazing how many times i've seen that happen with linkages.
so.... with the new found power in the red beast, are you ready for a shot at "fastest team camaro member" in everett/marysville? :D
