Ihave a 1969 SS Camaro that I plan to swap from a Borg Warner T-10 4 speed to a Chevy turbo 350 automatic. What will I have to swap to make this work? cross member? drive shaft? Where is a good place to locate any parts needed for the swap? Engine will be a 350 Chevy.

I am going to do the same thing to my 68 shortly. From what I have heard is that the cross member is the same, the drive shaft is the same, the yoke may be different it depends upon whether the yoke is large (TH400) or small (TH350) size. If you have a super T-10 it should be the large yoke, if it the older T-10 it will be the smaller. You will probably want to change the brake pedal too. To do this slide the pin that runs through the brake and clutch pedal, and install an AT brake pedal. A 68-74 Nova pedal may work, not sure. I think the above information is correct, if it isn't I am sure I will be corrected. Good luck.

don't foget the radiator. most four speed cars don't have the provision for the tranny lines, so either buy a tranny cooler or if you need a new radiator, get one for a automatic. if your planning on running your car at the strip, you'll need a neutral safety switch. even if you don't run it at the strip, it's a good thing to have. you'll also need provision for the modulator to get some kind of vaccum, so you can run a piece of line from the intake or carb that has a constant flow, and run it to the vaccum modulator on the tranny.
good luck,

If I was considering going to a auto, I would try and put in a 4 speed (OD) style. But if you have the TH350 already (or available cheap) it would work also.
