I am installing a 454 in my 69 camaro, i put in a milidon oil pump, torqued to specs, i now tried to prime the engine and the pump will not turn, seems bound up, turned freely when installed in the bottom end, any suggestions why this would be, any solutions. I also need info on how to set up the timing on this new engine.Thanks
