Joe G Apr 30th, 02, 08:18 AM Sweeeet! I wish you guys were closer. I'd like to hook up with you guys or Dennis' club, but both are over an hour away. Next to impossible to make any meetings during the week. http://www.camaros.net/forum/frown.gif
Great pics. Looks like a good time was had by all.
Question: I was checking out your club's calender and the MAy track time. Sacramento requires a driveline loop if you are faster than 13.99?

13.99 with slicks and 12.99 otherwise... I believe these are NHRA rules... www.searspoint.com/pages/hidden/weddragsrules.html (http://www.searspoint.com/pages/hidden/weddragsrules.html)

kel Apr 30th, 02, 03:03 PM Looks like a great time. Very nice scenery too!
We had a good turnout for our cruise as well with 23 first gens. Of course, our scenery was not as nice, but we still had a great time.
You can check out our pics on the website below.

Is the glass half empty or half full???.....Neither, the glass is twice as large as it needs to be!
stevo camaro Apr 30th, 02, 05:06 PM That looks great. I've been on that road from Grass Valley to Sonora. Good call for a road trip. I'm jealous. Reminds me of the Rohnert Park cruise. I'll join your club just to make that cruise once a year. http://www.camaros.net/forum/wink.gif
X77D80 May 1st, 02, 07:52 PM Yeah, you out to join Stevo! We even have a member up in Oregon.
Scott, Mike Youngblood was driving his F*rd Tuarus (company car). Has a nice 69 Z that he left home for the day.

garfield May 1st, 02, 08:10 PM That was great. I really enjoyed that. I olly wish that there were that many camaro enthusiast here in Chicago... You Rock Dude http://www.camaros.net/forum/biggrin.gif
John68rs May 2nd, 02, 05:44 AM Hey X77D80..Thanks for the quick work with those pics! We had a great time.
For the guys who feel like there aren't a lot of Camaros around, we felt the same way. We'd go to a cruise-in and see maybe one other Camaro. Once you try and organize a club you will see just how many are around. If you have the time and inclination, I recommend you try. It will soak up a lot of your time, but the payoffs are enormous in terms of the friends you'll make and the fun you'll have. Good luck! Feel free to email me if you have questions. The first people you meet will probably become your biggest help because you need a team to make it all work.
Joe G. You should join one club or the other just for the newsletter and to know when upcoming events are. We have a lot of members that can't make meetings, but they try to participate in other ways. I know Camaros Limited is the same way.
