Been searching the net for installed pictures on first gen camaros or late 60's Chevelles.......no luck....anybody out there have any?

I am considering a chambered system for my 68 Camaro project...

I checked out Gardner...nice stuff.
The 396 Camaro with the chambered system sounds sweet!

Wondering what the benefits/difference are between aluminized and stainless systems...


Kinda partial to them....here is a pic of my 02 SS with a GMMG chambered catback setup :D

Generally, aluminium corrodes, stainless steel doesn't. That is why you have kitchen sinks made out of SS. Also most of the aluminium coated exhaust systems are treated on the outside only and not the inside where condensation ends up rotting your exhaust from the inside-out. Buying SS is the way to go if you can afford it and will keep the car for 20 years. Aluminium coated will last you 10 years anyways if it is a hobby car.
