guys,
i need your advice on pulleys.
i have a big block making about 525+ hp.
im going to buy new pulleys/brackets for it (dont have any now).
im staying with V belt. i dont have power steering. short stewart water pump.
what do i buy?
do i buy the stock alternator brackets and the crank/water pump pulleys?
or deep groove stock?
or are march pulleys something i need to look at?
this motor will see 6000-6500 rpm.
will the stock pulleys take this kinda power? will i throw belts?
are all march V belt systems underdrive (i dont want cooling issues)?
what would you guys buy?
thanks

March is now making overdrive pulleys. I believe these overdrive the water pump and alternator. I saw this in one of their brochures.

Try these guys, Street and Performance at http://www.hotrodlane.cc They helped me out with a custom pulley at a reasonable price.

Also check out Zoops. A friend is doing a 69 with a big block and is using Zoops pulleys and they have a power steering coversion and it is trick. All the brackets are nice and beefy it looks like good stuff he had very few problems with the install.
