Hi, I am currently installing a 454 in 1969 Camaro (original 4 speed car) and am looking for any information on putting in a Doug Nash 5 Speed. I know this has been done, but I have been out of the loop for many years. Just getting back in. Any help would be greatly appreciated (what bolts up, what does not, etc.) thank you in advance

Welcome aboard!

You may want to perform a site search. On the top-right of your screen there should be a search option.

Try using Richmond 5 speed as your search criteria. The Doug Nash is now a Richmond design.

Good luck.

Carl

I am about to do a 5 speed also. Take a look at the Tremec. I talked to these guys and it's considerably cheaper; a rail shift instead of the external linkage and 450 ft. lbs. with the TKO version. The website has an article all about installing one in a 1st generation
