Is there any way to freshen the finish/appearance of a Holley carb? Any magical sprays, etc. I've used the standard carb cleaners, it's clean but just doesn't have that new look.

Eastwood has a product called carb renew... it's a spray paint that resembles the factory "gold wash" color of many factory and aftermarket carburetors.

It is expensive, but it works well..

i've seen guys doing some powdercoating lately that looks nice,or maybe jet hot?if you want the original look,i believe holley's hp department is doing finish renews, but i'd be sure i got the same parts back if it's an original carb!
couldnt't tell you what they charge though

Thanks for the replies. It's just an El cheapo 600 so it's not worth sending it off. I will look into the Eastwood spray. I did notice some of the Barry Grants in the mags that were powder coated, pretty slick for sure.
