Is there any way to freshen the finish/appearance of a Holley carb? Any magical sprays, etc. I've used the standard carb cleaners, it's clean but just doesn't have that new look.

It is expensive, but it works well.. SLEEPER 86 Jul 2nd, 04, 12:00 AM i've seen guys doing some powdercoating lately that looks nice,or maybe jet hot?if you want the original look,i believe holley's hp department is doing finish renews, but i'd be sure i got the same parts back if it's an original carb! couldnt't tell you what they charge though rojo Jul 2nd, 04, 04:37 AM Thanks for the replies. It's just an El cheapo 600 so it's not worth sending it off. I will look into the Eastwood spray. I did notice some of the Barry Grants in the mags that were powder coated, pretty slick for sure. |
