Where can I get the tool that removes/installs the pulley from the power steering pump?

I bet NAPA would have it. Any of the parts stores that sell steering wheels would probably have a puller for sale. I could be wrong but I bet you could loosen the nut and rock the wheel from side to side and work it off the shaft. Just remember to leave the nut on so that when it works free it does not come off and wack you in the face

Man it is early or I am thinking other things. I don't know where I came up with the Steering wheel thing Old age!! I read the post thought about it and proceded to get off track. I still say NAPA or Harbor Freight would be good choices for that puller

Your local Autozone will have the tools needed and will lend them to you for free.

When I replaced my boy's pump in his '86 4X4 we used a common ear puller to remove the pulley. The new pump came with a kit to put it back on with. Actually it was just a bolt and you hooked it in the vice and 'pressed' the pulley back on.
