My engine shop has a set of 3782461 heads which have been turned into 202/160. Screw in studs and double springs. Cast date is B135, I know these are 1965 heads but the heads have been sitting at the shop for 3 years and the owner will not pay his bill, $622.00. What do you think I should pay for these?

JMHO - but, if you can get them for under $500. they might make a nice set for your 66 Chevelle...
Alot would depend on the work done to them. The type of springs, valves & etc. used to assemble and your needs.
The larger valves may not do much to the HP numbers, depending on your present set-up.
As one of those "usually" statements;
1.94's tend to be better choices for many street engines, as they can help bottom end.
2.02's work well in the mid-top end of lots of mild street motors with a little cam, good intake and exhaust.

I'd say $300. If you need to pay more...I'd buy brand new vortec's that flow better.

You could buy them and resell them to the Super Stock racers. They have to run period correct items, unless there is a service replacement part.

As Vintage suggested, streetwise, you won't notice any difference in the "Seat-Of-the-Pants" meter. But, a mild cam, better intake, and those 461 heads, now you're talking.

If they've been converted from 1.94 to 2.02 and the side of the chambers haven't been cut to unshroud the intake valve, they won't flow as well on the intake side as the original 1.94's did; pic shows the factory unshrouding cut (2.34" diameter cutter) on 461's machined for 2.02 valves.
