hey did the firebirds ever come with a 5.7L eng? what are the years if so? im looking to get a Trans Am. and also, whats the last 5.7L eng that was put in the camaro and any other chevy car not truck? was it the 02 SS? one last qest. what stock eng is in the grand national & whats the horses?

Firebird?, well, ok... but 5.7L!!! This is a first gen Camaro site. WE DO NOT DO LITERS!
But anyways... 'birds had 350's available thru, 81 I think.... then 305's only for a few years... 350's (5.7 yuk) again in '87 or so, to end of the line in 02.
Grand Nat's had one badAS@ 231 (3.8 in doggy years) v6 Turbo... not sure what they rated it at...kept goin up every year. They were the hottest cars on the road in the mid 80's...

As posted, the 350 (5.7) was available in various configurations for most of the Firebird's history. Jim's info is all correct so far as I know... but I don't know that much! ;)
