I have a mystery 350 motor, all I know is that it's a 1980 block and has -041 64cc heads. It's assembled less carb and exhaust manifolds. Cranking it over with the starter I get the following HIGH readings.
= 220
= 260
= 220
= 215
= 240
= 260
= 240
= 235
Is the test flawed in some way due to no carb / exhaust. I thought the gauge might be wrong so I tested one cyl on my '89 Bronco and got 145 which is about right. Do I have a racing fuel monster?
