Sorry we have no way to substanciate the facts and cannot allow vendor basing posts in our forums. The fact that you have never posted here before doesn't help as it makes it look as if you just came here to speak bad of the person you are complaining about.

Mind you we are sympethetic don't like to see anyone getting ripped off. You have other recourses than posting here. Your deal was via ebay so file a complaint with them, provide negative feed back and since there seems to be a company involved contact the BBB and file a complaint.

I'm sure you won't be happy with having your post edited but site policy is "No Vendor Bashing"
