In a 1997 V6 Coupe, where the heck is the flasher for turn signals? I found the Hazards flasher but the signal flasher is no where to be found!!! I think its the flasher I need to replace, the signals light up, but do not flash. I checked under the stearing and the only stock flasher I found was for the hazards. Clipped in a not so easy place to reach behinde the fuses. I checked in back as well & could not find anything. HELP! http://www.camaros.net/forum/confused.gif

Try checking the fuse box itself for a long, silver looking object, I ran into this problem with a 91 Blazer, I was able to locate the hazard flasher, but could not find anything else, so I removed this silver thing from the fuse box (at first I thought it was some kind of large relay, or curcuit breaker, because it was not shown in any manual, all manuals (Chiltons, te orignal GM owners manual) showed both flashers sitting on a small door next to each other, which was not the case), and low and behold it turned out to be the flasher I was looking for. Also, be sure to check ALL lights that flash when the signals are on, to be sure it is not a bulb out if you haven't already done so.
