Does ANYONE out there know of a body shop in or around the Chicagoland area that specializes in wire installation. This is a very touchy and complicated area for me and I think I might be better off of I let someone with more experience do this job for me. Need help...

I dont know if a body shop is really what you need. It's hard to find a shop that will really do a good job with it. I would ask around some of the car clubs, street rodders etc to see who they suggest. If you are going to use an aftermarket harness like Painless, or Wireworks, they might be able to suggest a shop also.

If you are just replacing a existing harness with a new one, use a "drop-fit" harness like M & H. The time to install is a lot less because no cutting and crimping. It just goes in. They cost a little more going into the job but the extra labor will cost more. (They are not that bad to install. I've learned how to disassmble things by first going down to pick-a-part and practicing on a similar car.)

Where can I find this "M & H harness? Who carries it?
