Hello Everyone. I tried to do a "search" on the topic and found some info. but, it seems that everyone else in the world rec'd. instructions of some sort with the Hurst Switch. I, on the other hand, did not receive any pieces of paper with the switch that I purchased from Jegs. The packaging is more of a vacuum pack deal with nothing more than the bracket and the switch. What I need to know is, well, everything. Where do I run the wires? Is there any splicing involved? If so, which wires? Do I run it to the battery or do I run it to the fuse panel? If it is the latter, which fuse? Sorry to have to ask so much on something that is so little but I want to do it right the first time. Thank you all for your continuing support and insight http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif

This post should help you.

The backup switch on a 69 is low on top of the steering column. The wires are pink (12v)and light green (to lights). These are the two wires that need to be connected to your switch. When you connect them together, your backup lights should go on.

Thanks for the help Kurt. I'll see what I can do. Hopefully it works the first time around. I let you know of the outcome. Maybe I'll call Factory Fit? http://www.camaros.net/forum/smile.gif
