We installed a new front wiring harness in my 68 RS. It's from M&H wiring. Are old harness was setup for a voltage regulator with the regulator bypassed because we now have an internally regulated altenator . Our new harness was modified by M&H for an internally regulated altenator. The engine turns over but, THE CAR WON'T START? We are getting power out of 2 of the connectors at the horn relay. 1. The buzzer works 2. The horn works. The other black wire has no power out of it. The wiring diagram looks like this black wire turns to a red wire and goes to the ignition switch and to the light switch. The parking lights work but there is no power to the distributor or to the spark plug wires. Do you think our horn relay is shot? The car was running fine before we changed harnesses. It seems like if this wire is powering our light switch then it should be powering our ignition switch.
Please Help If You Can

Kyle,
You need 12 volts at the pos side of the coil, with out it the car will never start,
If you are running a point style coil, there is a yellow wire that runs from the out side terminal of the starter solinoid to the pos side of the coil, does your harness have such a wire?
With the key turned to the run position, test for 12 volts at the coil, If you have zero voltage work from this point back to find your problem,
ie. test wire for voltage at fire wall block
Test for voltage on inside of fire wall block
Trace wire back to ignition switch testing for voltage, test at input side of ignition switch for voltage and so on you will find the problem.
Good luck
