I plan on relaying my headlights. Is there a good source out there for the plugs and terminals for the headlight itself? I want to trigger the relay with the wires coming from the dimmer switch. Is there anything special I need to consider. I wil be running heavier gauge wire from the relay to the headlights, what gauge would be sufficient?

Guy, suggest you read thru this guys stuff on the relay kits. Might be something there usefull for you, my guess is plugs are available at NAPA or junk yard too.

Thanks Click, lots of good reading! I'm not sure I would have to run heavier wire to my headlighs going the relay route because the voltage drop would be minimal to the lights.
