Does anyone know if the 67 RS headlight switch is different then the rest?Is it a special application to the hideaway headlights only.What differences if any should I look for.Anyone ever looked into this. Thanks again Rob. :confused:

I don't know about 67's vs other years, but the R/S switch has a vacuum switch built into it to operate the doors.

I beleive the 67 is different than that for the 68 because the 67 has electric RS motors not vacuum activated motors graemlins/beers.gif

Go to Camaro switches.
Looks to me like you can use the 67 switch on either a standard or an RS.

67's have elec switch contacts for operating the headlight doors, the 68 and 69 have the vacuum connections built into the switch behind the dash, a real bi**h to get at too.
The 67 standard and RS camaro used the same switch, on the RS an extra set of wires utilize extra tabs on the connector, otherwise, same unit.
