i had a few problems a while back with my TPS. i adjusted it to .5 volts at idle and 5 volts at wide open throttle. it also set a code for the o2 sensor. i was reading my manual and it said to adjust the TPS to .52 to .54 volts at idle. it is set dead at .5 at idle. do you guys think that this is what could be causing the o2 sensor problems? i havent replaced the o2 sensor yet but i plan to. i know those two sensors go hand and hand.

That depends entirely on what model and year of vehicle your working on.
