The inside decals are the water type and not the self adhesive type, correct? I just need to know before I soak them or try to tear the backing off! graemlins/clonk.gif Thanks,

no soaking, they are peel and stick. You should be able to lift the decal starting at the top corner of the flag and pull it away from the backing.
