I have an aftermarket Jegs chrome alternater and I am trying to install a new wiring harness to it. I currently have the March short water pump brackets and the new harness connections just dont seem line up right for a real clean look. Is it possible to take a part the housing and rotate it 180 degrees so the connections and plug ar on the bottom? i am just looking for the cleanest look possible.

don't even have to take it apart, just unscrew the 4 screws and spin it.

Be careful not to let the 2 halves separate more than the minumum nesessary to spin the housing or the brushes will pop off inside.

Sometimes the bolt that holds the pulley on can stop you from spinning it, just be aware of it smile.gif
