This guy always has cars on ebay..I recognize the grass field and all of the other cars in the back gorund..he had a 69 RS Z/28 on about 3 months ago..it was beautiful but had an X77 trim tag..I emailed him saying to the best of my knowledge an X77 car was a base Z/28 and could not have the RS option..as a Norwood car it would have to be an X33 car...he told me that was a "wives tale" and that the car was an original X77 RS Z/28

When asked about this discrepancy, he answered:
"I bought the car sight unseen from a gentleman in Las Vegas last year. I did not concern myself with matching codes as I was seeking a pristine driver in a certain color combo and with the options I was seeking. Thanks for pointing this out to me. Bill"

How do they get the trim tags to read so clearly....do they lightly sand over the #'s?
