I am trying to find where my HEATER CONTROL LIGHTBULB goes. I have felt around the whole unit and can't find anywhere for this bulb/socket to go into to light up the panel!
Looks similiar to this but with an AC fan switch at the top.

Hopefully someone has changed this bulb and knows exactly where I am suppose to look. The Factory Assembly Book shows a socket in the passenger side button of the back of the control assembly but I can't find that hole.

The bulb goes in the side (passenger side) near the bottom.

Kurt is right on. Just put my unit back in a few weeks ago. The hole is behind the bottom right side screw that goes up into the dash and a little to the center from that screw. You should be able to reach up in there and touch it with your finger. You can also see it laying on your back with glove box and ash tray out.
