white wire goes to back of speedo.

orange wire goes to ign. spade in fuse block.

the pigtail is so you still have an open ign. spade to hook something else into.

ok thanks i have the cluster in my hands the relay has 3 post. the connector that goes on them only picks up two of the post . the white wire i put on the post but it is on the top of the cluster and im going to have to wait till next month when i get my car back to put the orange to the fuse box but it looks a bit short .does this sound right ??

part # for buzzer...1361529 according to my 69 assembly manual.

there should be a bracket that mounts up under the dash for the knob to move the needle. the buzzer also mounts to this bracket.

you do have the correct speedometer right?? it has another hand inside, it is off white, for setting to the desired speed to trip the buzzer. internal workings of the speedminder speedo and a regular speedo are completely different.

on the back of the speedminder speedo there is a plug for the white wire. there is also a hole for the cable that moves the white needle.

mine is for a 69, i can only assume that a 67 would be similar in the wiring.

the orange wire only has to reach the fuse box. 12"-18" i would guess.

hi yes the speedo has the needle and cable. the buzzer is mounted on the top back of my cluster and there is a post on top of the speedo that the white wire slides over . so i dont have a wiring diagram but im figuring that the wire that gos to the fuse box gives power to the buzzer and the buzzer gets the ground when the needles meet thru the post does that sound right??

yes,

if your look REALLY close you'll see a hair thin wire on the speedo needle or else the white one, i can't remember right now but when it touches the other one it goes buzz.
