I'm a little confused on how the door jamb switches work and how to set-up the dome light.
I'm actually working on a 68' Dart with this one.
It has one wire coming out of the switches.

How do the switches work? do they just break "ground" to shut off the light?

I was going to split the wire, and run one directly to the light, and one to the light switch then of course to the light.
Then for the ground, split it, run it back from the light to the jamb switches, and also run it to the light switch.

I can tell you about GMs. There is an orange wire that is connected to the dome light. The return from the light is a white wire. The white wire is split and connects to the door jamb switch. When the door is open, the switch grounds the white wire. When the door is closed, the switch is held open and the lights go off. If you ground the wire at the door jambs, the interior light should come on. Of course for all I know, that dart might go up in a huge puff of smoke. :eek: Hope this gets you going.
