Track opens at like 1700 (I think) and it is $10 to watch or make runs.

Not yet. I just got the new Lokar tranny dipstick tube this morning. Should be back on the ground this afternoon. And yes I will be using a bit of silicone on the new tube. smile.gif

My son was upset that he missed your car, of course, Kurt got really motivated by working on your ride and is now working on his. Maybe he'll have us over for a block sanding party.

It's done now. No leaks yet. That new stall converter really hits harder off the line, I like it.

I need to shorten the braided line, maybe you can give me a lesson on cutting braided stainless line one day.

Simple-Tape it with Masking tape really thick and cut it with a NEW Hack saw blade. That simple.

By the way, cut it on the masking tape.

I was out there weekend before last and thought it was an OK track (nothing like the DIV 7 Track in Fallon which is an NHRA designed track that will hold a 4.?? pass by a Fuel Car). Dallas runs up hill and leans to the right pretty badly in the right lane. :eek:
