I have an issue with the ignition switch in my 68 Camaro. I was trying to replace it as it is basically worn out. When I got a new switch, the pins on it were different that the one in my car. One or more of the pins (blades) were off by 90 degrees. I can see no obvious signs of the wiring in the car being hacked.... but my parts supplier assures me that the switch he sent me is correct. He even removed one from a 68 Firebird and says that it was the same. What gives??? What's the difference between 67 & 68 switches??? Could my car have a 67 switch? Any RS vs Standard issues??? I dunno graemlins/sad.gif

Thanks

The 68 switch has a connector for the buzzer that is not present on the 67 switch.
