here i am again tongue.gif , i'm sure everyone is tired of hearing 67 rs lighting/door issues, but here it goes smile.gif . with the key off, i pull the light switch to the driving light position and get headlights. as far as my rs headlight doors go, with the key on, doors in closed position then turning on the headlights ot either the driving light position or all the way for headlights. the passenger side opens fine but the driver side does not open, but i can press the door against the limiter switch and the door will then open. when i turn off the headlights both doors close fine. i do know the i have a limiter switch on the drivers side on the radiator support that is going bad, i have rigged it so that it works ( i guess) i have hot tested it. another note is that in the driving light position i have driving lights and those headlights. when i turn the lights on all the way i lose my driving lights, is that normal? i also have a msd 6a ignition system, but i don't think that is the problem, i disconnected the main hotlead going to the battery. i have replaced all my rs relays (3),new 20amp breaker switch, headlight switch, the motors are new also and appear to work fine the only thing i can see bad is that 1 limiter switch, but like i said, i have rigged it up to work. the main issue is that i have headlights when the headlight switch is in the driving light position. hope i have not given you guys a headache.
