I have a 91 camaro with a 5.0 engine, the tach is not measuring correctly, does anyone sell the tach board within the insstrument cluster?

Check around at salvage yards, you might get lucky...most likely if you want to replace it, dealership is the only way. Some mechanic shops that deal in "high performance" cars might be able to repar or recalibrate your old one, but that has a slim chance. Just ask around at local garages for info.
