Has anyone installed a repro tach in a '67? What do I need to do? How easy is it to wire?

I am considering the following options:
1. repro tach, getting a 3 gauge cluster (2-5/8" or 2-1/16")from autometer with a. water temp, oil press, fuel level

2. getting a three gages cluster (2-5/8" or 2-1/16") of a tach, water temp, oil pressure

I went that route also. I have the fuel, oil, and temp mounted below the ash tray. I made a custom bracket so I used the same holes that hold the ash tray in and didn't have to drill any holes in the dash.

For the tach wiring, If you do a search in this forum you'll find the wiring instructions. I think it was Geezer(?) that posted great instructions and pin-outs for the connectors.

Now if you find out how to hook-up a factory tach outside of the harness drop me an email so I can test to see if one of my tachs is ok ;)
