green arrow on dash stays lite and wont blink. is it a burnt bulb or a blinker flasher. if so were is it located?

It is probably the blinker fuse.It is probably on the steering column there should be 2 of them thereone is for turn signals and one of them is for hazard lights just pull one of them out and turn on your hazard lights and if they still work you have the right one if not then change it out.
