On a cowl hood were should i install the light? Thanks

Well maybe i should say under the hood,engin bay. thanks

Goes along the crossmember nearest the cowl just to the left of the brake booster usually.

1.70 inches rearward and .4" outboard of the rear inner insulation fastner under the scoop. Use the fastner on the master cylinder side if it's a small block, and the one on the passenger side if it's a big block or 6 cylinder (not that your going to find a 6 cylinder with a ZL2 hood). Basically it goes on the same side as the oil dip stick.
