I have a 1969 Camaro with the 4 gauges on the center console.

When I start the car the Temp Guage works fine.

If I stop the car and start it again immediately the gauge reads a lower temperature that what was originaly displayed.

If I disconnect the wire from the engine sensor and reconnect it, the gauge is back were it should be.

Does anyone had a similar problem or know what is my problem.
