Here one rear right blinker works when head lights on off but when I turn the lights on the blinker stops working. with the lights on I can pull the light out of tail light housing and it will start blinking but the tail light goes out.

What do you think the problem is guys

I would check for shorts. Do you have a multimeter? It would help in this situation. Otherwise check all the connections in the truck. When you say remove the tail light, do you mean the bulb?

Check the ground wire make sure it is no corosion and it has god contact to the metal of the body, and try the bulb from the other side just to make sure. good luck
