My 90 Camaro with the 3.1, has a weird miss that only happens when I don't drive the car over the weekend. When I get up and go to work on Monday, the car starts up fine, but half way to work, around 2000rpm's I get a miss. The miss only appears to be at this rpm only. This lasts for just the day and then the rest of the week it is fine. The wires were just replaced, but my thinking now is that I could have a small crack in the cap or rotor, that may open up as the engine warms up. Any thoughts on this?

Caps and rotors should be replaced with wires, as plugs also.

Could have a sticky/lazy injector, try a can of BG 44K fuel cleaner in the next full tank.
